Learn “How to Put up and Manage Your Own Coffeehouse”

The Entrepreneurial Management program (EM) invites everyone to “Master Plan on How to Put up and Manage Your Own Coffeehouse” at the PLDT Hall on March 3, 4 and 18 at 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The speaker will be Dutch national Eduard Hoogeweegen, founder of EH Hotel Consultancy and former president of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines.

Mr. Hoogeweegen takes pride on his more than 40 years of experience in the hotel and resort industry where he held the positions of Management Trainee and Food & Beverage Controller/Analyst in the Rotterdam, Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Hilton hotels. He was Manager in Holland’s first professionally managed Youth Hostel, Banquet Manager in various 5-star Hotels in the Netherlands and Zimbabwe, and Food and Beverage Director in hotels and resorts in Far East Asia. He also worked as General Manager in Burma for 10 years at the Dusit Inya Lake Hotel and the Strand in Yangon, Pristine Lotus Spa Resort in Inlay Lake, Tharabar Gate Hotel in Bagan, and Ngapali Bay Villas and Spa Resort in Ngapali Beach.

Workshop fee will be made available upon inquiry. A five percent early bird discount will be given to those who pay on or before February 10 (Friday). Groups of three may avail themselves of a 10 percent group discount.
