The Center for Social Responsibility (CSR) and the First Philippine Holdings (FPH) will jointly organize the Sustainability Summit for Business Conglomerates on November 22 (Tuesday) at the Rockwell Business Center in Ortigas. CSR is the main partner of FPH as it goes through the FPH-wide Sustainability Reporting road map using the Global Reporting Initiative and Integrated Reporting.
The Summit will discuss the various sustainability trends and the latest sustainability disclosure guidelines such as the GRI Standards and Integrated Reporting and how these can contribute to achieving an inclusive business conglomerate. The panel of resource persons include UA&P President Dr. Winston Padojinog, Dr. Bernardo Villegas, former GRI Stakeholder Council member Mr. Colin Legarde Hubo, GRI Board of Director Sec. Roberto de Ocampo, Associate Professor Dr. Jose Maria Mariano, and FPH Chief Sustainability Officer Ms. Agnes de Jesus.
The participants of the Summit are the Presidents/CEOs and top executives of the following companies: First Balfour, Inc., First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc., First Philec, Inc., First Philippine Realty Corporation, Rockwell Land Corporation, Thermaprime Drilling Corporation, Asian Eye Institute, First Gen Corporation, and the Energy Development Corporation.
