CSR conducts ASMAP in Indonesia

Last July 27-30, the Center for Social Responsibility (CSR), in collaboration with the National Center for Sustainability Reporting (NCSR), Jakarta, Universitas Pertahanan Indonesia (UNHAN), Universiti Trisakti, and the AsianNGO conducted the first leg of the Applied Sustainability Management in Asia Pacific (ASMAP) Cohort 3 in Jakarta and Sentul City, Indonesia. This is a trailblazing program in the Asia-Pacific as five organizations work in partnership to spearhead the sustainability agenda in the region.

The participants of the Indonesia run of ASMAP Cohort 3 came from various Philippine and Indonesian companies such as Pertamina, Kaltim Prima Coal, PT Cipta Bangun Nusantra Geothermal, Exxon Mobil, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Laris Manis, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, Universiti Trisakti, and PT Indo Tambangraya Mega.

The Manila leg of ASMAP Cohort 3 will be held on 24 to 26 August in UA&P with a study tour to be held in San Roque Power Corporation in Pangasinan. The seminar topics to be covered will be on Conferences of Parties 21 and business sustainability, Supply Chain Sustainability, and emerging topics and trends in sustainability.
