UA&P and PT Berkah Alam Ramanda Internasional (BARI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement on International Student Recruitment last July 28 in Jakarta with Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia Maria Lumen Isleta as one of the witnesses. BARI is an Indonesian firm that specializes in assisting students interested to study overseas.
The MoA was signed by UA&P president Winston Conrad Padojinong and BARI Managing Director Sarah Brayudhi. Through the MoA, both parties committed themselves to collaborate on a broad range of academic endeavors, as well as the development of the Indonesian market for overseas education. BARI will promote and market UA&P’s programs to potential students in Indonesia.
The agreement follows the earlier signing between both entities of an Agreement on Protocol of Cooperation last April 26. It is also is one of the MoAs signed after the the World Education Expo Festival 2016 held last February in Jakarta where the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry led a delegation of top universities and educational institutions.
